返品・返金ポリシー
Ruseakでは、すべての商品が一点もののヴィンテージまたは中古品である性質上、原則として返品・交換は承っておりません。
ご購入前に、商品説明・写真をよくご確認の上、ご不明点がございましたらお気軽に[Contact Us]ページよりお問い合わせください。
■ 破損・誤配送について
商品が以下の状態で到着した場合は、到着後3日以内にご連絡ください。

ご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた

商品に重大な破損・欠陥がある
状況を確認のうえ、当店の判断により返金または交換等の対応を検討いたします。
■ 返品不可の商品
以下の条件に該当する商品は、理由の如何を問わず返品・交換の対象外となります：

一度でも使用された商品

タグ・付属品が取り外された商品

お客様のご都合によるもの（サイズ・イメージ違いなど）

セール品、ギフトカード
■ 欧州連合（EU）クーリングオフについて
EU域内に発送された商品は、法令により14日以内のキャンセル権が認められています。
この場合も、商品は未使用・タグ付き・元の状態での返送が条件となります。

At Ruseak, all products are vintage or secondhand items.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges as a general rule.
Please make sure to read the product descriptions and view all photos carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via the [Contact Us] page.
■ Damaged or Wrong Items
If the item you received is incorrect or significantly damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
After reviewing the situation, we will determine whether a refund or replacement is applicable.
■ Non-returnable Items
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted under any of the following conditions:

The item has been used

Tags or accessories are removed

Personal preference (e.g. size doesn’t fit, color looks different)

Sale items or gift cards
■ EU Cooling-off Period
If your order was shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return the item within 14 days under local consumer protection laws.
The item must be returned unused, with tags attached, and in original condition.
